Do you offer international shipping for your coffee and merchandise?
Yes, we ship our retail products, including coffee beans, rose water, and branded merchandise, to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Are your pastries and cakes suitable for vegetarians?
The majority of our pastry and cake selection is suitable for vegetarians. We also offer a dedicated range of vegan and gluten-free options. Please check the specific product descriptions for full allergen information.
Can I cancel or amend my online order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accept cancellations or amendments within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
How do I store my EL&N treats to keep them fresh?
For the best experience, we recommend consuming our fresh pastries on the day of delivery. If you need to store them, keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Cakes should be refrigerated but brought to room temperature before serving.
What is your return policy for retail items?
We offer returns on non-perishable items, such as apparel and accessories, within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging. Please note that for food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations.
Do you provide nutritional information for your menu items?
Yes, full nutritional and allergen information for all our food and drinks is available on our website and can be provided by our staff in-store upon request.
